Proper organization of tourism events in Yazd 2024

The Deputy Minister of Tourism of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, in a meeting with the Secretary General of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue Forum (ACD), the topic of proper holding of events related to the selection of Yazd as the tourism capital of ACD 2024 is on the agenda.
Ali Asghar Shalbafian, Vice President of Tourism, held a discussion with the Secretary General of the Asian Cooperation Dialogue Forum, Danaviwatana, following the selection of Yazd as the tourism capital of 2024, followed by the holding of related events to introduce and inform tourism capacities.
Considering that following the continuation of the events related to the selection of Yazd as the capital of tourism, the ACD Tourism Ministers’ meeting will also be held in October 2024, therefore, in this meeting, the structure of the meeting will be discussed and reviewed.
The vice president of tourism and the general secretary of ACD also discussed the issue of holding a meeting of senior experts of ACD with the aim of examining the issues that can be presented in next year’s meeting, and it was decided that after the Yazd province municipality event in the next few days, the final decision on this issue will be made.
